Frequently asked questions
How can I order a custom foil quote design?
All custom options can be found under the "Custom Designs" tab on the top left hand side of my shop home page.
Select the type of custom design you are after, select the size and leave the quote you would like and any further instructions in the "a message to Written by Brittany" text box upon checkout.
Do you offer custom gift wrapping?
Unfortunately, I don't gift wrap orders. However If the order is a gift I can include a complimentary handwritten note from you to the person receiving the gift.
If you would like to include a handwritten note with your order please leave me a message in the seller notes at checkout with the message you would like to include.
What sizes do you offer?
You can select your preferred size at the checkout. Sizes available include:
- X-Small (13 x 18cm | 5 x 7in)
- Small (15 x 20cm | 6 x 8in)
- Medium (20 x 25cm | 8 x 10in)
- A4 (21 x 29.7cm | 8.3 x 11.7in)
- Large (28 x 36cm | 11 x 14in)
However, if you require an alternative size, please get in touch with me and we can work something out.
Is your foil real?
Yes, all of the foil we use for your orders is 100% real metallic foil! The foil is shiny, gorgeous and makes for an absolutely beautiful touch to any of our designs.
We offer a wide range of real metallic foil including:
- Copper Foil
- Gold Foil
- Rose Gold Foil
- Silver Foil
- Light Pink Foil
- Teal Foil
- Red Foil
- Blue Foil
- Holographic Foil
If we don't have the foil colour you would like, then please send me a message and we can look at special ordering a certain colour for you.
Do you really hand letter all of your designs?
Yes, each of our designs are all 100% hand lettered by me, Brittany.
To hand letter your design I normally use a brush pen and ink, however do also use calligraphy nibs and ink, and also watercolour and paintbrushes. If you are after a specific hand lettered style, please let me know in the seller notes at checkout and I will try and emulate that specific style for you.

How are my prints shipped?
All of our prints are shipped flat, in cardboard 'no-bend' mailers inside clear sealed plastic sleeves. This means your prints are protected from any bends or rolls, and are also protected from the weather.
What is the turn around time for items?
Custom Designs: 3-5 Business days (sometimes its even faster)
Standard Prints: 1-3 Business days
Printables: Instant! (it will arrive straight into your inbox)
If I wanted to make some changes to a design, can I?
Of course! Please send me a message so we can discuss your ideas and if it's possible.
